These Terms govern your access to and use of ez3d.online (the “Site”) and the associated browser-delivered software (the “Software”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software only through the Site. The Software is licensed, not sold.
As between you and us, you own all content and output you create using the Software. We do not claim any ownership in your content or output. You grant us only the limited, temporary rights necessary to operate the Software in your browser (for example, to process and display files during your session). This limited license ends when your session ends.
The Software runs in your web browser. Except for transient, technical copies (e.g., RAM/cache) strictly necessary to operate the Software or deliver the page, we do not store, host, or permanently retain your files or scenes on our servers. The Site is not a file-hosting or sharing service. You can upload a file to your own browser session, edit it locally, and download/export it.
You may use, share, and publish your own output generated by the Software. These Terms do not grant rights to any third-party content you include in your output.
You may publicly share links to the Site and create and publish screenshots, screen recordings, videos, blog posts, articles, tutorials, talks, or social posts about your use of the Software and your output (“Publicity Materials”). Include reasonable attribution, e.g.: “wgpu – editable wire (no faces) by ez3d.online.” No sponsorship or endorsement is implied, and your publicity must not state or imply sponsorship, certification, or endorsement by the Owner.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, import, or use with the Software (including models, meshes, scans, characters, logos, or other materials). Do not upload, import, edit, or otherwise use any third-party content unless you have all rights and permissions necessary. Using such content without permission is prohibited and may violate law or third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or publicity rights).
By uploading or using any content with the Software, you represent and warrant that (a) you own the content or have all rights, licenses, and permissions required to use it with the Software and to create, download, use, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit your output; and (b) your use of the Software and your output will not violate any law or third-party rights.
All rights in and to the Site and Software (including look & feel) are owned by the Owner.
We do not pre-screen or generally monitor user uploads. If we become aware of alleged infringement or unlawful content, we may act (including disabling access) and will do so expeditiously in accordance with applicable law. Rights holders may notify us as described in Contact below; users may submit counter-notices where applicable. Where appropriate, we may restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers.
The Site/Software may change, suspend, or terminate at any time.
The Site/Software are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited.
